Welcome to CaitsStyles! I’m Caitlynn, a hairstylist with seven years of experience specializing in braids, protective styling, loc services, natural-hair styling, and personalized hair care. My goal is to provide more than a beautiful finished style. I want every client to feel comfortable, cared for, and better informed about maintaining their hair both inside and outside the salon. Each appointment is approached with attention to your hair’s texture, condition, lifestyle, and styling goals. Services include cornrows, Fulani braids, knotless and box braids, twists, loc maintenance, blowouts, press-and-curls, cuts, and hair and scalp treatments. CaitsStyles is located in Inglewood, California. Please review the complete service description and booking policies before scheduling. I look forward to helping you achieve a style you love while supporting the health of your hair. Deposit & Booking Confirmation Located in Inglewood, California. The full appointment address and arrival instructions will be sent privately once your deposit is received and your appointment is confirmed. Please ensure your phone number and email are correct when booking. A $25 deposit is required to secure your hair appointment and is applied toward your service total. Please send your deposit through Zelle Your appointment is not secured until your deposit has been received and verified by CaitsStyles. If a deposit was already collected through online booking, please do not send another payment. Deposits are nonrefundable for client cancellations and may be transferred one time when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided to reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice require a new deposit. If CaitsStyles cancels your appointment, you may choose a deposit refund or transfer to another date. Classes and mentorship follow the payment terms listed in their individual descriptions. Appointment Preparation & Detangling Please arrive with your previous hairstyle fully removed (unless you book a takedown) and your hair gently detangled, unless you have booked the appropriate takedown or detangling service. If you need help detangling, select the Detangling Add-On when booking so enough time is reserved. Please contact me before your appointment if you are unsure which option to choose or if your hair has significant tangling or matting. Shampoo and conditioning are included where stated in your selected service. You do not need to wash or straighten your hair beforehand unless your service instructions specifically request it. Please follow your service’s extension-hair requirements and confirm the correct hair before purchasing. If unbooked takedown or detangling is needed, additional time and charges may apply. Your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if sufficient time is unavailable. Any changes will be discussed before proceeding. More than just braids. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee if the appointment proceeds. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. Any changes to your service or price will be discussed before we begin. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Sending a message does not extend the grace period or guarantee that your appointment can proceed. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. The $10 late fee will not also be charged if no service is performed.
